Oriental Dressing

(oil free, gluten free, plant based)

This dressing is great on spinach salad with beets and avocado (as shown).  But it is also a great dressing for spiralized veggies such as carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes, or as a dipping sauce for roasted veggies.


– 5 tbsp. tahini

– 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

– 1 tsp. tamari

– 1 garlic clove, chopped (or you can leave it whole if you are using a blender or a food processor.)


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until liquified. If you do not have a food processor or blender you can mince the garlic and whisk to combine ingredients.
