With over 35 years of experience in cardiology, Dr. Dangovian is passionate about helping people not just live longer — but live better. After decades of medical training, he realized that traditional approaches alone weren’t enough to prevent disease. His mission became integrating yoga, meditation, breath work, and nutrition into heart health. A personal injury and a transformative healing experience with breath work led him to found The Wellness Training Institute, where modern science meets ancient wisdom to help people achieve lasting wellness.
