With over 35 years of experience in cardiology, Dr. Dangovian is passionate about helping people not just live longer — but live better. After decades of medical training, he realized that traditional approaches alone weren’t enough to prevent disease. His mission became integrating yoga, meditation, breath work, and nutrition into heart health. A personal injury and a transformative healing experience with breath work led him to found The Wellness Training Institute, where modern science meets ancient wisdom to help people achieve lasting wellness.

Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher (ERYT), Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

For over 25 years, Grace has guided people toward physical, mental, and emotional healing. From her roots as a physical therapist assistant to her expertise in genetic testing, mindset coaching, and plant-based nutrition, she empowers clients to become advocates for their own health.
