"Dr. Dangovian saved my life!!"
"During an annual physical exam my primary care doctor noticed a significant change in my EKG. He suggested that I see a cardiologist and recommended Dr. Dangovian. Dr. Dangovian conducted several tests at Troy Beaumont Hospital including heart catherization. I was diagnosed with an enlarged heart, poor ejection fraction, and congestive heart failure at age 58.
I had been overweight for several years and suffered from high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels. I took daily blood pressure, cholesterol, and anxiety medication. My LDL and HDL levels were not good. I exercised periodically and duration and intensity was not controlled. I was always tired and napped daily. My diet consisted of processed and canned foods with minimal fruits and vegetables. I took 1000mg of Tylenol several times a day to control headaches and joint pain.
Since seeing Dr. Dangovian my weight has decreased from 243 to 178lbs. My waist size has decreased from 42" to 34". I no longer experience joint pain. My level of energy is incredible and I never nap. My blood chemistry for cholesterol, LDL, HDL, etc. is perfect. I now know how to properly exercise for heart health and weight control. I look forward to exercising and schedule my day/life to include it. I no longer have an enlarged heart and my ejection fraction is near normal. My diet consists primarily of raw whole foods including vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and beans. I have eliminated all processed and canned foods from my diet. I don't consider this eating pattern as a diet but eating for health and longevity. Remarkably I haven't taken asprin in four years and I no longer suffer from frequent colds."
