Coconut Cream Sauce (3 ingredients)
Coconut Cream Sauce
Oil Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free
This sauce is great to use in a stir fry, or anything else you are cooking on the stove!
- 1 can coconut milk (read your labels and be sure to get one without added gums)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika
Heat in a saucepan until the consistency you want. The longer you cook it the thicker it gets.
This sauce is delicious mixed with veggie noodles, or stir fried veggies! Below this is the coconut cream sauce on top of spiralized zucchini and squash, topped sautéed asparagus and kale.
